Positive Action Children’s Fund (PACF)
The Positive Action for Children Fund (PACF) is an integral part for commitment to communities affected by HIV and AIDS. PACF support organizations to deliver prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) of HIV services, which empower mothers and children across the globe.
PACF aims to eliminate new HIV infections among children and keep their mothers alive. The Project also aims to alleviate the impact of HIV and AIDS on women and children’s health by supporting interventions that engage affected communities, developing their capacity to participate and lead.

Our Working Objectives
- Community interventions addressing loss to follow-up in Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission (PMTCT)
- Supporting positive mothers and their affected families, including identifying and diagnosing all children and ensuring they remain in care.
- Preventing unintended pregnancies.
- To keep adolescent and young women HIV negative.
- Early infant diagnosis.
